We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly to the point that they helped my wife with an urgent hospital visit by arranging transportation to and from the medical facility with a member of the night team to help. The food, services and facilities were high quality. Special mention to Hlui and the team who serviced our room and Vaishnavi for helping my wife in the hospital.

We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world and the Leela Hyderabad is one of the best. The rooms were clean, perfect temperature, perfect beds and linen. The bathroom was perfect although a bath tub would have been nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent and included à la carte Menu. Superb staff. Will come again.

Leela’s Nila wellness spa is very unique compared to other spa amenities offered at international hotels. It is well balanced and is keen on discussions in subtle details of wellness

The stay and the over all experience was good .The airport pickup was smooth. Pre chein was fast but….. The pre check in needs some work though from the IT side it does not take pdf files , and it did not upload my email and contact number along with the ids of my family .This had to be redone at the check in ! It’s just a suggestion for optimisation not a complain. The Adi restaurant’s double ka meetha needs serious overhaul , its single ka meetha at the best . The breakfast spread was good I liked the idea of juices and salads in the refrigerator it was very modern in style and aesthetic too. The Irani chai was top draw the server Mr Vaman ( I hope i got his name right) was very warm and welcoming , I would suggest to keep the Osmania biscuits as well on the side to complete the experience . Overall very good experience and hospitality

Excellent. The room was clean, well organised, high quality and well stocked with extra details.

We left one morning at 6 am and returned at 11 pm. I saw hair on the floor. Not very clean. Staff were not very knowledgeable. I inquired about car service and I was told 4 hours/4 kms (not 40 kms) is INR 5000. I asked again about the 4 kms (I even said I could walk 4 kms). The staff stuck to their word and said it’s 4 kms.
