Very nice, would visit again!

Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time.

We stayed here over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The breakfast buffet is huge, offering a wide variety of options. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating. When our son was injured at the pool, they went above and beyond to ensure he received the care he needed. They arranged a driver and had a hotel manager accompany us to the emergency room. Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care. On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely. Their support during such a stressful time meant the world to us—it was far beyond what we ever expected. We’re incredibly grateful and will never forget their kindness.

We really like our stay and highly recommend everyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Xian. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and felt welcoming. Everywhere smelt clean and nice too. Location was also great for tourist. It was easy access to areas of interests, shopping and dining. We were happy that we could find halal (Qingzhen) restaurants around and they definitely were delicious! Service was outstanding too! Thank you to Stacey, Karen and everyone else! Everyone did their best to provide a service that deserves 5 stars! We received a handwritten card signed by all the staff to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary and the room was nicely decorated for us too. There were some surprises on the table as well. Our whole family was delighted! We would like to say thank you very much for making our stay here memorable and wish all of you success and happiness. Thank you very much again to the team in Wyndham Grand Xian Residence!

Thank you for wonderful service, we especially liked the buffet dinner. Jason in the front staff was wonderful in taking care of us.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to the Dayan Pagoda. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, it was lovely, and very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The suite provided good value for a family to stay together without reserving two separate hotel rooms. Jason Shi, residence manager, and the rest of the staff provided exceptional service to our family. They personally showed us to local dining and helped us efficiently get around town to the Terra-cotta Warrior Museum and the old downtown of Xian. The air quality was bad during the visit and they provided us with a large air purifier for the suite and kept the suite clean. The suite has a kitchen and laundry which were really useful.
