五月酒店 (May Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Bed soft Good elevator. Everything else bad. Room had mold and smelt like mold. Even had cob webs all around the ceiling. I mean really 5 seconds to take con webs away with a broom. Booked two nights.just stayed one as we got there at midnight. Rude manager would give second day money back.

Rooms very old and rundown. Very old towels. It’s budget accommodation which is ok but pictures don’t reflect current standards. It seems very common that guests smoke in bathrooms which moves the fumes to other rooms on same floor. I would look for something better.

Room stank as soon as I walked in. Lights didn’t work in hallway, tv didn’t work, aircon didn’t work, mould all over the walls and ceiling. Booked 2 nights, checked out after one. Staff nice enough but hotel not at all. Can’t believe any of the 10/10 reviews which made us book it.

The attendant works downstairs at the shop and they do not have a real receptionist. The hotel isn’t very clean and has mosquitos all over the place. Spent the night dodging mosquitos and got out of there first thing in the morning. Oh also, the hotel faces a busy street so good luck sleeping with all the motos.

Good service and very attentive to my one concern. The mattress in my room was too firm and they kindly moved me to another room.

Place was

Great location , great stuff

Where should i start, signs right at the start that i made a big mistake booking at this hotel. The staff at the counter was unsure weather we had a booking there even tho i had a confirmation email, after 10-15 minutes he found my booking. Then gave me a key to a room that didn’t look like it had been clean before we got there...made a complaint straight away demanding to be moved to a new room, staff said they were full, did not apologise for the room being dirty and unclean. Later that night heard the sounds of cochroaches crawling aound the bed again notified staff and he came up with spray to spray the room to wake up the next morning with dead cochroaches everywhere and ants all over them. Checked out the next day after returning from a tour we had booked. And demanded a full refund, please stay clear of this hotel dodgy and dirty and very unprofessional.

I arrived late at night to check in but the staff was still enthusiastic in helping me check in. Then I asked him to order food and he was very willing, I felt very happy

The rooms are a bit small but everything is arranged very comfortably, very suitable for guests who come here to relax and stay long term.
