For starters, this is NOT a hotel or a hostal, this is an apartment that has 4 doors/rooms and they all share a kitchen. To enter the building, this is an apartments building and there is no way to access unless you whatssap the staff, they are not fast at responding. If you travel with children make sure they don't change you city tax for the kids. There is absolutely no one to talk to there, it is quite literally a shared apartment with doors that lock. The beds only have sheets no covers, no blanket, no throws. We whassap the person and never heard back to get some blankets. We ended up covering ourselves with towels. Get ready for the AWFUL noise from the street that lasted until 4am. That is motorcycles speeding ambulances right at ear level. We actually contemplated leaving the apartment at 2am and head to the airport then. It was THAT bad. The room itself was nice besides not having blankets. But the logistics of accessing are absolutely stressful and atrocious. I can tell people grow frustration when they get there because there are signs everywhere to not ring tenant doorbells, and that the only way to communicate is whassap.

I enjoyed my stay. A little had to get a hold of but helpful.

Please do not book with under 10 kids, constant ambulance and road noise. Our bathroom door got locked twice , thankfully on both the occasion it happened during the check in time of the accommodation but it could be worse. Not very friendly staff Never going to book this accommodation again and I can’t even recommend to our enemy.

Contacting the host was a nightmare. We got there late afternoon and I attempted three numbers before I got a hold of the host. Host did not speak well english which is totally understandable but upon communication, she seemed agitated and frustrated. AC did not work. No microwave or stove top. Sheets and towels were not replaced. Limited supplies to soap and shampoo ,etc. I would say the location is conveniently located to Vatican and bus stops and other supermarkets. But, this comes with a down side of lots of noise.

We had an easy check in and the host was so helpful as it was raining. The rooms were clean comfortable and surprisingly larger than expected. There was a comfortable well stocked communal kitchen. No stairs to carry bags up. The only issue was access to host. Sent several messages and tried knocking on the door to advise early check out. We couldn’t ring with our overseas phone .

Great place to stay!

It took an hour to get our bags checked (slow long line at Air Canada), so that added stress. Oncc we got through that, it went very smooth through Security and Customs. We grabbed a delicious snack and headed to our gate to board - no issues.

Very walkable to Vatican City itself a lot of noise however in mornings air con not working and not staff on the recepition
