赛城摩纳哥酒店 (Monaco Hotel Cyberjaya)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Front desk service friendly . Hv auto check out machine to get back deposit . Room are clean

Stayed for 3D2N here. Paid the same published price for the two nights but when it comes to getting complimentary items like coffee sachets, toilet roll, etc guest had to ask in order to get them. Was told housekeeping would only make up room on alternate days, not daily. I think this has to be reconsidered. It is not that guest gets a free stay on the second night. We are still paying but why are we not getting the privilege of what we are paying for? Might as well I check out and check in again, get another room and enjoy all the facilities. One good thing about this hotel is the receptionist is very friendly. You feel welcomed.

All good

Very clean, safe, and comfort place to stay in. The warmest services of staffs at counter are excellent.

There are rarely any services

No free parking as stated in the booking itinerary, the parking fee max RM 8 per entry. The property mentioned that need to call them to reserve parking since they only have limited slot. Guest need parking to park at the roadside for free parking, plus it is not safe.

Clean room & towels, good aircon & WiFi. Better than any other hotels nearby. Conveniently Mamak shop serve F & B till mid nite.

If ur looking for cleaning room n etc.. find another hotel

This area not busy

Clean small room. No room service for the four days I stayed. No basic amenities such as soap, tissue toilet tissue and other.
