牛津旅馆 (Oxford Guest House)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

One word - avoid. What ypu see in the description and in reviews is NOT what you get. The room was facing the main road and the constant, non-stop noise was unbearable. The breakfast was horrible. £12.50 extra for 1x burnt bacon, uncooked hash brown and a pathetic looking uncooked sausage. Plus a fried egg complete with a hair. The 'chef' needs sone training on how to actually cook food properly. Poor quality, cheap orange juice and bread that hadnt been fresh for a few days. The staff were unhelpful and miserable. Customer Service is non-existent. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The decor was chipped, flaking and depressing. Bed sheets smelt damp. A horrible experience never to be repeated.

Perfect stay for 1 night - excellent public transport links. Great to have parking at the property. Good variety for breakfast - thank you 👍

Friendly welcoming staff, nice little touches like decaff teabags that you don't often find.

My room was bright and clean. Very nice mattress, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

welcoming and adequate

Well maintained, clean, conveniently located. Didn’t use laundry or breakfast services because add on prices seemed high.

Convenient parking with nearby bus service into the city. Room was very clean with helpful staff. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu.

Staff were helpful. Parking was easy. Room had everything I needed. Great for a short overnight stay. Very happy

Parking was easy!

The property really needs updating badly. If this was ever a four star guest house, it isn't any longer.
