丝绒酒店 (Velvet Hotel Jeddah)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Incredible hotel as it has the most upgraded and sensible furnishings. Highly recommended!!

perfect stay for family and friends, 5 star for cleanles, 5 star for friendly staff, large rooms, good neighborhood, every thing was excellent in this hotel

Wrong room type than booked, & was not changed as promised. Not a disaster but so many little things were disappointing. I think the worst being the bizarre sensory lighting system, which constantly switched off when you're in the shower or when reading a book. Very annoying.

Good place to stay..highly recommended

A good hotel with good service and reasonable prices. Bot bad at all

Good for short time weekend great place

Good value for amount paid, suitable for quick business trips

The phone in the room was dialing the extensions but could never reach anyone. Had to get dressed and go to the reception and tell them to get someone from room service to call me so I can order. When I got the call and placed the order the person on the other line told me they could not find this item in the menu even if mentioned on which page it was . Decided to order food from outside the hotel. Very inconvenient that you are not able to call reception, room service, maintenance or anyone and need to go to the reception. Bfast options were very very poor as well

Very bad hotel and noisy and the stuff is very bad behave and they have four is very bad

loved it
