I always choose the Jacuzzi suite nothing like being able to relax after a hard day ,the staff always helpful and courteous.

The property is "historic" but well maintained. The only issue is the cleanliness of the beach. I was watching waves of trash being brought to the shore. Not a hotel issue, but definitely affects guests desire to leave room and go to beach. Great staff. Very helpful and assisted whenever needed.

Very clean with two nice pools , my son loved the roof top pool and restaurant , only issues I had was the bay had a lot of jelly fish and the kids revived a couple stings , but the staff was very helpful and treated his stings quickly , definitely recommend this hotel

AC was not working properly in the room, elevator and lobby.

Clean room but limited use of facilities

Decent rooms, amenities average, staff was good. Not bad for price point.

It’s a okay place

After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service but we decided to leave and booked accommodations in another resort. We lost two days as non refundable and upon check out they tried to charge us more for two complimentary bottles of water. They didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. I’m sure it happens all the time. Save your money and your time. Don’t stay here.

Excellent staff and big clean room. Pool was great also

2 outdoor pool with restaurant is nice. Not much help from the guard in parking. The hotel staff are good and friendly.
