Location is excellent. Very clean, modern and comfortable with a great view. Receiving check-in information was a hassle. We had to reach out several times in order to complete the process and actually get the instructions. I suggest emailing guests a week before with the necessary instructions, as we found ourselves without instructions even the day of check in, which was an unnecessary stress. Otherwise, great place to stay in downtown Toronto.

The location was excellent, especially for the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, both around a 10-minute walk away. There were also supermarkets and food places in and around the building, which was very useful. Once check-in was completed, the underground parking was relatively straightforward. However, the stay itself was mixed. The check-in process was more difficult than expected, and it was not clear until very close to arrival how involved it would be. Some of our issues were made worse by mobile data problems, but the process still felt more stressful than necessary, and security were not especially helpful. The apartment had useful space, but several basic items were missing: no toaster, no tea towels, no oven gloves and no iron, despite there being an ironing board. The tumble dryer was so loud it was effectively unusable. The vertical blinds did not provide a proper blackout, and the master bedroom mattress felt worn out and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only two of three were working when we arrived, and this was down to one by the time we left. In a 37-floor building, this caused long queues, made worse by no air conditioning in the lift/common areas.

Definitely a great location if you are looking to be close to the sports scene in downtown Toronto. It was a bit overwhelming to check in. Trouble finding the right door, getting through security, key fob working in the elevator, and a really difficult suite door lock to open with the key. No air conditioning for the first 3 nights, but thankfully it was fixed for the end of our stay. The bed was very comfortable. However, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the other amenities.

The Room, What, Clean. It was easy to communicate with the host.

Check in was not as described. I ended up waiting 45 min in a line with security to access room. Listing said keys were on the table and a set of keys were. Unfortunately these keys did not access the building and after returning to hotel I could not access the building. After emailing hosts it turns out room keys were in a drawer in the kitchen. This was not outlined in the access description. Terrible communication, terrible experience. A full refund is in order.

There was no communication. The check in process was a nightmare! Absolutely zero customer service and brutal communication. There was only texting and the process was so confusing. I asked them to call me and they didn’t. The number to call went unanswered. They responded with upper case capitals as if they were yelling at me with instructions that was not clear to understand. A brutal experience. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.

The view is amazing. No complains.

Tedious check in process and terrible communication by the host. Sends multiple instructions via broken links with information that are difficult to follow. Finding the designated parking spot is next to impossible. The whole check in process and finding the parking spot are akin to playing a bad game of escape room. Nice city view from atop though.

It was an excellent stay. The view is amazing. The condo is clean and cozy
