The property is really big, we drove there with a rented car from Lisbon. When you first get in, it feels intimidating, but once you find the main check-in counter, it is smooth sailing from there. We met someone by the name of Marvin, who was our trip angel. He was so kind, and helpful and expecting nothing in return. The property is incredibly beautiful to the point of speechlessness. It is indeed luxury! They keep it so clean, and the people are so friendly, they have so many options for pools, snacks, and dining. And the view to the beach is breathtaking! We had a wonderful time. Our room was spectacular, had a large terrace with two balconies. The kitchen is fully loaded with top-of-the-line appliances.
The only thing is, we had ants in our room and near the front close to the kitchen, had to keep the floor really really clean for them to not come back. But when you consider being in nature then, I guess can understand. I definitely will come back here!

Great place for families
Staff are young and a little inexperienced. Lots of communication errors (messages not passed on from one member to another) needing more than one attempt at clarification.

超赞 We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - it was clean, spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking one of many pools. The property is huge (recommend a buggy if you have small children) which meant you never felt crowded, had the choice of lots of different restaurants, bars and pools. The property is beautifully kept
