This property was clean and in a great location for exploring Bari. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood offered good places to eat, shops and parks. There were many families strolling giving it a very authentic atmosphere. Our host Davide was prompt in meeting us and explaining the property and neighborhood. He gave us good suggestions for restaurants and cafes. He was available by text to answer all our questions.

Very nice room, and Davide was really nice and helpful. We recommend it.

Perfect location and clean room

Davide met us at the door and showed us up to our clean, cute room with a balcony. Bed was comfortable coffee was available. The water pressure in the shower was good, but the hand held doesn't stay up high and we could only get a trickle out of the rain shower head. Very nice people. We would stay again if the shower gets fixed.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, though a bit noisy at times, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The self-service breakfast was acceptable, offering a decent variety to start the day, though nothing extraordinary. If you’re looking for a conveniently located and reasonably priced place to stay, Domus Nikolai is a solid choice, especially with the excellent customer service provided by Sara.
