The room accommodations were fantastic. The only criticism is that the complimentary breakfast were prepackaged sandwiches and pastries with pod coffee. That needs an upgrade for such a nice hotel.

很好 I loved how modern the suite was. Beautiful hotel suite! Our river view was beautiful! The one down side was the guy at the front desk who was not accommodating when we needed an early check in to get ready for my cousin’s wedding. The problem was the fact that he made no effort to even try to prioritize getting our room cleaned so we could check in early. However, Shardae was amazing. She called housekeeping and got our room cleaned expeditiously. The one other issue was when leaving, we wanted coffee at 7am when breakfast was supposed to be available but no one was available to even open up. The front desk lady said she didn’t know what was going on nor did she have the key. Overall, we’d stay again.

超赞 I stayed in the 2 bedroom loft room! It was amazing! We were in town for a concert and my daughter’s 21st birthday. This was cheaper than hotels close to stadium and it was like an apartment! Free parking also! But have to get your spot and keep it cause it fills up fast! Will def stay again!

很好 Mostly everything was fantastic. The o ly downside was that the toilet clogged upon first use. That was unfortunate and gross but the staff handled it in a timely manner. That was a plus.

超赞 The linens were clean and in good condition. Over all the place was clean, but it felt like it was a room that hadn't been open for a few months. It felt like you went into your winter cabin. Lol The view was great.
