First time and will not be the last

Amazing … I book this hotel because I needed it just for a few hours in transit between two planes and I was amazed because I booked the cheapest hotel in the area and it was all modernised and very well decorated and very pleasant and the staff was incredibly helpful full and warm and sympathetic.

We chose this hotel based on positive reviews from other people. This was completely true: very centrally located, close to everything, very attentive and helpful staff, clean room, nicely furnished, great shower. This will be our regular place to stay when we are in Istanbul.

This was our favorite hotel of the trip. Location was in the thick of things, reception staff were particularly helpful with history questions and transportation tips. Area is full of restaurants and pastry shops. It is a noisy scene and the trams run in front of the hotel, if that matters for sleep, but it is within walking distance of many of Istanbul 's top sights. Room was cleaned and supplies replenished every day. We will stay there again.

Spotless and really well presented room. Amazing value for money! Central location, a few s te ps from the main sights and good cafes & restaurants Would definitely return here on my next trip to IST and highly recommend it

The room was just like in the photos but when I entered It smelled like sewage or like somebody just used the bathroom for number two. There was electricity shortage for the whole night I stayed I couldn’t do anything no lights no charging my phone. They didn’t provide any candles or offered anything for the inconvenience. The worst was the elevator that didn’t work I had to walk to 7th floor to get to my room. They don’t even be apologetic or try to make up for the inconvenience. At least they could offer a coffee/snack or something I don’t know.

Everything with this stay was perfect!! I was blown away by the insane value of this hotel. Great location in old city, clean and updated room, and the staff was always so helpful. Some of the best baklava on our trip came from the evening front desk attendant. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 100% would recommend.
