The location is great if you’re going to the full moon party. The villas are a bit run down, furnished pretty cheaply. We had issues with bugs our first few hours in our villa. At first it was large millipedes coming out of the drain and then later found a huge cockroach in my belongings. I understand the villas are surrounded by plants and nature but if we looked down the drain we could see sunlight coming through, as if there was no seal and the drain just leads to the outdoors. I notified the front desk of this and they kindly moved us to a different villa, which was apparently an upgraded more expensive room because it was a sea view and not a garden view like we initially booked. At checkin when we first arrived we asked the employee if we would be able to extend our stay by 1 day and we would pay whatever rate. He said this was okay and showed us a rate of 3500 baht or so and that we could pay upon checkout. On our last night a different employee approached us and told us we still need to pay for the extra night and told us it would be approx 6000 baht. It was hard to figure it out due to the language barrier but he was trying to charge us for a night in the more expensive sea view room and not the garden view we booked, even though we never asked to be moved to a more expensive room. It was eventually sorted but it was quite annoying to deal with after already dealing with disgusting bugs in the room.

Overall a great place to stay. Kind, friendly staff and beautiful property. The breakfast wasn’t the absolute best and not great options is the only knock.

Charmant hôtel familial

Rooms were clean and had everything you need and private, area was great, very walkable. Staff not always helpful. No wifi in our room the entire stay and no one did anything to assist despite asking multiple people each day. Shower water pressure was not good, made showering difficult.

I love it

During check in room I had to go through 3 people up to the manager to inform the safe was not locking , this was a disaster and a delay . Lots of miscommunication with staff just to get the safe repaired . It finally got repaired after 1 hour of requesting service

I had a great stay at this property, i highly recommend it. The staff is great, especially Natalia at the front desk. She is a great front desk person, i onow as ive been in the industry. Also the guys at the tiki bar. One small complaint, i booked day by day. The gm raised my rate by $6.A d i had a friend stay 2 nights from koh samui. I never asked for room cleaning, hit the tiki bar daily and ate there a couple times. No need to loose a customer over $6. Overall, peaceful, awesome stay.

We loved the pool and beach bar. Excellent placement for full moon party—being about a 10 minute walk or so but far away enough to have a peaceful stay. They offer some nice additional services such as in-room massage and laundry. There was a misunderstanding around when our laundry would be done so be sure to communicate expectations around that clearly. They require a 1000 baht cash deposit.

Great stay. Perfect location. Beautiful pool and room view. We appreciated the porch.
