成南HEALASIS酒店MORAN STATION (SEONGNAM HEALASIS HOTEL MORAN STATION)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This hotel was AMAZING for us — family of 3 which includes a 1yr old. So convenient to the Moran Station and hotel staff was so friendly! Surrounding area was decent, definitely feel like this is the nicest hotel on the block haha so I’m glad we booked this one. There’s so many plus’ to this hotel, including the TV size, room size, bathroom cleanliness, and COMPLIMENTARY breakfast!! We utilized the breakfast every single morning. It’s a great humble breakfast spread, just what we needed to start our day. And our 1yr old loved getting her freshly baked croissant. If I want to get picky, then the two things I’d say is I wish the air conditioning in the room (which was nicely placed above the bed) was able to go at a high wind speed—still worked great. And second, that the window had a view. When we checked out we went to a “nicer 4-star” hotel closer to Seoul but honestly this hotel was WAY better! Would definitely return!

I honestly loved the cleanliness, the ac and the staff

Very nice and clean, friendly staff, excellent location (very close to Moran station)

The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. I loved the heated floor, fresh bed sheets, fresh baked croissants, and fresh brewed coffee served in the morning.

방도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았고 무엇보다 프론트 사장님 직원분이 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 다음에 무조건 또 이용하러 올것같아요

Great location to the local beer & soju places.

The photos and descriptions of this place sound terrific, but alas upon arrival and going to our rooms we discovered it was not. The hallway carpet is vile and looks like a brothel. The floor is ripply and peeling up as if it was vinyl flooring from the 70s or a poor coverup, one room had burns in the floor, windows were wide open which seems suspect. The locks had screws in the outside that someone could easily undo and come into your room. Felt so unsafe and vulnerable just standing in the room. The neighborhood wasn’t the best either. We were approached by a strange guy who wouldn’t leave us alone and did not have this issue anywhere else we stayed. The staff were friendly enough but didn’t address any of our concerns. We ended up going elsewhere and losing out in some money but our peace of mind was far more important.

We booked. Got there and the carpet in the halls is vile. I know there’s foot traffic but we immediately felt uncomfortable. Part of this includes a floor that was uneven and peeling up. A lock that could be undone with a screwdriver easily from the outside hallway! Windows wide open to air out what exactly? Burn marks on the one rooms floor. We canceled. Just had a terrible vibe and the photos online are very deceiving. In addition, not the best feeling while walking around the neighborhood.

Very clean room, friendly staff and overall great

Great value for the money. Kind staff, tiny room but, has its own floor heating! Not many motels have its own floor heating. A
