The location is perfect to visit the most important places in Sevilla, the staff was very helpful and room was clean. The only problem, the room had no at least a small refrigerator to have cold water, necessary for the hot weather in Sevilla.

very central. walking to distance to shops. helpful staff. cafe right below. receptionist always present and accomodating. they allow you to leave luggages after check out. aircon was good. 25 min walk to Sta Justa train station. 10-15 min walk to bus station very aesthetic place although unable to really see if our room is clean. mostly dark paint in our room so we were still able to see water marks near the sink. hair dryer was dusty. although hallways and public places appear clean. TV was working but we can still see (and access if we wanted to) other people’s Netflix, Disney accounts. lights in our room were warm. there was only 1 white light in front of mirrow which was intermittently working. We were mostly out within the day. overall good experience with hotel - hopefully they can sort out the issues mentioned above. would likely stay again.

Rooms are on the smaller side, air conditioning was stuck at 27°c despite us having it set to 19°c the whole time, we complained at reception 5 times, each time we were assured they had fixed it for us, that being said great location and very clean

Muy buena localización. Sábanas, almohadas y toallas excelentes. No ofrecen hielo.

The hotel has a very dark theme; dark foyer, dark halls, dark and small rooms. Our small shower leaked at the base into the room twice during our 4 nights stay. We told them but seems it wasn’t t fixed properly. The TV was difficult to deal with as it kept showing all shows including Netflix in Spanish while we told the front desk we spoke English. They gave us a password to get into the settings but after turning tv off and then on again, it was back to Spanish and wouldn’t let us change the language to English. Then the elevators were out of order 3 out of the 4 days we stayed there and we were on the 4 th floor, I felt sorry for those guests in the 5 th floor! There were no in room small fridge and the mini safe didn’t even work. Also, there were no tissues/kleenex anywhere and only 2 rolls of toilet tissues given. The pro of this hotel is that it is located right in the city centre and walkable to everything.

The hotel is located in a great location, the property is so nice, the rooms are modern and the bed is comfortable.

From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel I knew it would be an enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were always so friendly, polite and accommodating. The room was immaculately clean, and our housekeeper was fabulous. Loved the coffee in the room. We had the rooftop terrace, and it was so nice to lounge outdoors. I noted other reviews had negative remarks about the bathrooms, but we had zero privacy issues in this style of room. Also, the bed felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. Highly recommend, and already want to go back!

Central location, very easy to access major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.
