We stayed here one night after flying into Rimini. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We're a family of 5 and the room they provided was accommodating and spacious for us. I've read reviews about parking and I would agree, it can be tricky. They have spots in front of the hotel but it's limited. Despite being close to a busy road, it's very quiet! Couldn't hear anything throughout the night. Location is good, again, close to the airport (about 20 mins drive) and there are shops and restaurants close by. We walked to a pizzeria for dinner.

A great quiet location near our venue

We were very happy with your stay at Dogana. The staff were incredibly helpful, sharing lots of local information on places to go and restaurants. The breakfast was very generous and there was something for everyone to eat. The shower was good with good pressure. You do need a car from here as you are several kms from the old town sites. We would recommend this hotel whilst taking a short trip to San Marino.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was located close to a bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The beds were a little stiff and not the most modern finishes. We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was so friendly and very nice. Hotel overall was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved it.

We arrived at the hotel as a family, 1 night, 2 rooms. Very nice staff, clean rooms. The walls are a bit thin, and the late night conversations of loud guests could be heard from the room next door. Other than that everything was fine.

This is a no frills hotel that just about works. Everything is old. The air con did not work. The fridges in the room were poor. The aircon unit iflooded in our room and a roof tile fell whilst we were asleep. Whilst the staff were apologetic, it had obviously happened before. Samuel was very helpful.
