澳门卡尔拉格斐奢华酒店大楼 (The Karl Lagerfeld)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

It’s definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed. The staff and design of the hotel are both super nice!

Un excellent hôtel avec un service éblouissant. La chambre est sublime. La salle de bain est vraiment magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux servi par un monsieur adorable.

We were lucky to have an offer to upgrade to grand klassie room. Everything including cleanliness, services, food, were absolutely exceptional during our stay. All staff were very friendly. When a very kind Bellboy knew we were on the way to watch a show in another hotel group, he gave us some water so that we could drink in the show. That's so sweet and thoughtful. I highly recommend to those who want to stay in Macau and prefer a relaxing and comfortable holiday!

I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit which made a big difference. Every staff made me feel so pampered. I will definitely stay here again.

The service from checking in to checking out was seamless. The only complaint I would have is that our room didn’t smell the freshest.

It was my first time at this hotel. I stayed at Versace the last time and wanted to give this one a try. Both hotels are top-tier hotels while the vibe is different on each. In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior. The accessibility of using Whatsapp to communicate is very convenient too. I would like to extend my great appreciation to Wilbur at the butler service for his exceptional service to ascertain my stay being enjoyable. Also love the surprise birthday cake. That was very sweet. Stayed at the Ikonik suite which was more spacious and luxurious than I expected. Amenities in the room are great! Everything exceeded my expectation!

The room is spacious, the staff are nice and thoughtful . But not sure why there was some stinky smell in our room even we had a non smoking room. I think they should also improve the cleanliness. It is a good choice if you will go for a concert to the outdoor performance area.

Good service. Comfortable

Amazing property, to be honest the fact that it’s the only hotel designed by Karl Lagerfeld was the reason I wanted to stay there, the design is amazing, food is great, staff is great, everything was great

Very attentive staff that make us feel at home. They know our names by heart and attend to our needs. Will recommend to our friends and family.
