Fabulous property in great condition and excellent breakfast well presented.

Best place in Lake Como. Desh and Alicia were great and the owner Elizabeth was so nice and generous. Gave us a ride to our destination in her own car and also helped us with the luggage transportation at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna with snacks! Great for a long day of walking. When we return we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend! Big thank you to Daesha, Alesia, and the manager Elisabetta for all your help and for making our trip so memorable! 😊

Great location just outside the Como city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient and delicious breakfast. Nice sized rooms and beautiful villa.

Excellent staff, fabulous breakfast and quaint hotel. I would definitely recommend!!
