Ski lift was very close, just a few hundred metres away, we had a car so we could easily get around from resort to resort and were able to see and ski on all four of them. Grand Hirafu and Anapurri are definitelly the best.

Beautiful view of Mount Yotei

clean room, nice outlook.

Amazing accommodation with great views and superb kind staff. Close to HIRAFU gondola. No question, we will stay here again :)

Well appointed property facing mt yotei. See sun rise daily. Very much value for money!

Great place to stay for skiing. Walk to lifts, very handy spot.

Clean and location is great. Close to the ski lifts, great views of Mt Yotei, staff are very friendly and helpful

great people

Cons: No waste bins in the bathroom or toilets, quite inconvenient to bring out to the living room to throw rubbish. Even the common toilet in Basement had no waste bins. Pros: Spacious and nice view. Nice apartment.

The staff were very helpful with providing information about the local transport and activities in Niseko. The room is clean, spacious and equipped with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The hotel is near to the bus stops and convenience stores.
