全球住宿. 现代城市公寓 (Modern Downtown Apartments)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Very nice studio suite w/ full amenities kitchen. 10-15 min. walk to Rogers Stadium. Suite was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a very nice 5 night stay in downtown Toronto. Very good value for the price. We would stay again.

Great location. Exactly what we had pictured

It was our 3rd time staying at this property. We enjoy how close it is to everything in downtown. This was our first time booking thru Expedia and global stays. Check in wasn’t smooth. Check in time was at 4, we arrived at 4 and they asked our unit number. We had not received it, I tried multiple times calling and sending messages. I went see the front desk again and they called for me and handed me the phone. I was told they had messaged me but I hadn’t received anything. Finally after 45/60 mins we got our number and checked in. Another thing is the elevators, expect to wait a long time. Also the stairs are locked so you can only go down the stairs not up. We waited up to 25 mins for the elevator. Give yourself time,

Overall it was a good experience. The unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean. The unit had laundry, full kitchen, a balcony and extra linens. However, they advertised a “twin sleeper sofa” which is just a regular sofa. It was not large enough to fit my teenager. Check in was smooth. However, I paid for a parking spot but the front desk didn’t have a parking fob for me. It was delivered the next day around 12:30pm which was inconvenient considering we were only there for 2 nights. My biggest complaint are the elevators. They are slow. Insanely slow. There are 3 elevators but one of them wasn’t working. For the sheer number of residents/visitors, 2 working elevators was not enough and the situation got to be frustrating. The wait for the elevators was so long and everyone packed in like sardines. The elevators is the primary reason this isn’t getting a better review.

The place was great. Check in was a bit challenging but overall experience was great.

The check in process was done all online the day of our arrival and was terrible. We were confirmed at a different address from what we booked, which was father away from the other people we were traveling with and not convenient. We tried to contact Global Stay to correct it and could not reach GlobalStay by phone at all. They only communicated via email and it was very challenging to get any service or help. We delt with 4 or 5 different people by email and did not get any response when we'd asked if they could contact us by phone to discuss the issue. They told us they could not move us because we had to stay at the location listed on our booking, but when I sent them a CP copy of it confirmation with the address we were trying to get moved to they stopped responding until after we checked in. At that point they simply reiterated they could not move us. We opted to check in to the apartment they gave us as we had no other option on the arrival date and there was no front desk agent to speak to. When we entered the apartment it was not the room type we had booked and we could not get in touch with anyone to get help resolving this issue either. They made no attempt to correct this situation or offer us any compensation for the smaller room type. This experience caused a great deal of stress on our family and the trip. Extremely disappointing experience with GlobalStay.

The hotel apartment was great and located near the heart of downtown Toronto. My only complaint is that we originally booked for the modern apartments located on Adelaide but it was canceled last minute by the property owners. As alternative we were given a different luxury apartment that was slightly further out from the locations we visited. Overall once the check in issue was resolved we had so much fun. So much good food, drinks, vibes, and love. The location was perfectly centered in the midst of all the action. There were still a few sights we didn’t visit but the ones we did visit were very memorable.

Late contact about check-in information, snarky responses to my messages when I was sent messages with no link and then partial links, no answer to questions on a fan that eould not shut off, and bogus charges for late checkout and not cleaning despite leaving more then 2 hours before checkout and following all check-out procedures. I tried calling both the cell and office numbers to no avail, with the only "voice" on the line an AI assistor. No responses to e-mails either.
