No shops nearby... Water problems, missing soap in bathroom, rate is not justified as compared to facilities... No Attending staff...

一般 When I booked with the hotel I prepaid for breakfast, but when It came to paying the bill they charged me for breakfast saying we over ate, when we didn’t because we had upset tummy, never gave any toilet paper when asked, and they don’t speak English. Only management that don’t do anything but take payments. Will not be staying here and would not recommend, on arakashan Rd there’s loads of hotels pick a different one.

I thought the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was annoying to have to ask to have the A/C turned on daily upon my return. Also, I had to prove to the guy at the front desk that my reservation included breakfast, which he obviously thought it did not. Most importantly, this is easily the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at with both outside and inside noise 24/7.

The rooms are really crappy and the bathrooms are too small that a person can barely stand

Me and my family had lived at this property for 3 nights and no doubt it was a commendable experience. The Ambience, the room, the service, the food, and the staff everything was really great. I would really recommend it for my further vacation. Extra points for the food that actually made us feel like we are at home, very comforting yet delicious.
