⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay and True Egyptian Hospitality at Its Finest!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management and staff of the Arkan Egyptian Hotel. From the very moment we arrived in the pouring rain, we felt completely welcomed; their warm and enthusiastic reception instantly made us forget the fatigue of travel.
The hospitality here is outstanding. The staff is incredibly professional, always smiling, and remarkably helpful. What truly sets this hotel apart is their attention to detail, especially their beautifully organized tour itineraries that showcase the best sightseeing spots.
A wonderful experience in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and top-tier service. This will definitely not be my last visit!

This is not a hotel in any traditional sense. I am currently in the process of dealing with Expedia to perhaps de list them. Aggressive pressuring to buy in house tours at extortionate prices. I was told my payment was short and then charged additional money or to leave. Running water stopped for hours to 0 support. View was awful no pyramids. Heard another customer complaining about being over charged too. Very sorry but it’s a huge no untill they improve their practices and visitor experience.

Could not find "arkan egyptian museum hotel" - there is no signage of that name at location given by Google maps. After asking a
t other nearby hotels, I discovered that the hotel signage says "gem view boutique hotel", ie very misleading.

超赞 "The stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The location is perfect near the museum, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mohamed Gabriel for his quick response during the booking and for his efforts to make our trip to Egypt easier. I highly recommend it!"

This review is written from the bottom of my heart. Finding this hotel and staying there for the three weeks I was in Egypt made me feel incredibly happy and fortunate. I have been completely satisfied from the moment I checked in till the end of my stay. Ali, Yesin, Abdul and Mohammed genuinely make every guest feel like family, Ali and his family are wonderful individuals who deserve recognition.
I promise you won't regret staying at this clean and modern hotel. I also get a stunning view of the pyramids from my room, and the new museum that will be fully open is across the property as well. On the 6th floor in addition there is a restaurant and to capture the perfect picture memories with the pyramids background.
Here everyone is treated like family and not like a guest.
