一般 The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund.

Terrible check-in process. Supposed will receive email for check in process, but until the check in day, still no receive anything from them. The message and phono unreachable. Went to the property management office and they gave me 4 phono number, all unreachable. Ended up watsapp them to get the check in process.

Spacious cozy apartment. It’s advertised as sea view. Well, not entirely wrong. But just be prepared for construction site view as well by the sea. Traffic noise can be heard even though the apartment is on the high floor.

Apartment and location is very good.
Very complicated procedure for check in and check out. Car park card was not working, need to wait operator to assist. password to access the room hasn’t been originally provided.
