I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It offers great service, a clean atmosphere, and a strong sense of safety—definitely a 5-star experience!

Breakfast was great and staff were lovely - really helpful and keen to ensure we had a god stay. The building is beautiful and a pleasure to see, with easy access to two metro stations it's in a good location.

We just had a great stay at the Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The hotel is full of character and charm… right down to the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean and well maintained. The proprietors retired couple Alfredo and Patricia were wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly. We also met their daughter and super cute grandson. Whenever I travel I always try to stay at a local hotel that reflects the local country and culture, this one is a gem. The building itself is quite old (which is part of the charm) so there is no elevator but there is always help getting your suitcases up and down the stairs. I loved this place and would return in a heartbeat.

The room and whole hotel was spotless! It was clean and felt fresh and wonderful to return to at the end of each day. The entire staff was beyond incredible--they were always ready to help the second we asked for something whether it was small or big. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us each morning and was served in a lovely room.

Our first visit to Santiago & staying at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde made it truly great. The hotel is a stunning historic building with spacious and airy rooms and real character. The rooms were spotlessly clean & aircon on these hot January days very welcomed. Even better are the staff. Fernanda made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and was very helpful with any questions we had. All the staff we saw were friendly. A pleasure to spend the start of our vacation here.
