夜皇后酒店 (Night Queen Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Clean, basic, close to food and very friendly staff. The Night Queen Hotel is a very convenient place for a late night arrival. The staff are fantastic!!!

The WiFi was not working in our room. We complained but nothing happened.

Staff service was very bad. We came really late at night already so tired, and the receptionist did not make us feel welcome at all. There was no proper communication from him, made us wait for a good amount of time despite we were so tired. Overall, we were not satisfied from that.

I happy

Good value for price. No in-room tea and coffee. Bidet hose holder not cleaned. Nearest shopping was 12 myr return.

It’s deceiving how it says closer to KL airport but it was too far and the sorrounding is rundown.

Fast check in. Very polite reception & room is just perfect for my stay.

Very convenient for a long lay over to have a good rest

The staff where very friendly and hotel was close to the airport

Did not check in at all as we were trying to sort out the check in time (only being notified that there will not be any late check in and have to wait till the next morning after the booking confirmation). Tried to call the hotel but nobody picked up the phone calls despite us trying for more than ten times. Ended up staying overnight in airport in case we went to the hotel and had to return as they closed at midnight.
