新加坡市中心索菲特酒店 (Sofitel Singapore City Centre)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location. 25mins taxi from airport. Metro right outside the hotel giving easy access around Singapore. Room was nice, pool is large but I think it never gets the sun. Ok for a quick plunge. Didn’t eat so can’t comment. Staff were pleasant but baggage handling was disorganised and they couldn’t find where they had stored things. Ourselves and others had to help identify.

Great Stay

Great location, fantastic staffs, excellent breakfast

We requested for our bedroom to be cleaned daily, noticed the toilet was not attended to some days. We had 3 people in the room, and we were supplied only with 2 cups and glasses. The creamer we had on the first morning was not fresh. It was hardened. Subsequently, we were not replenished with creamer for the rest of our stay. Breakfast chefs were quite unapproachable for special requests except for the last 2 days when a younger English-speaking chef was at the station. The rest of the staff in the hotel was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Good location with MRT next door and plenty of places to dine.

A really great property, beautiful & spacious room & fantastic location. Will gladly stay again.

The Sofitel is a very good hotel, and had a good stay. Room was modern and comfortable, AC was quiet and breakfast was good. Workout area is a bit small if there are more than 3 or 4 people in the room, but very well equipped, Pool is very long, so if you want to actually exercise and do laps, it is one of the best I have seen. I did also like that hotel is plastic waste free as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff, clean amenities, huge bath and tub.

Aircon was not functioning well, But they have free reading selections and sleeping masks and pillows were super soft too

What an enjoyable stay, situated in China Town above the Tanjong Pagar MRT train station, you've got access to all parts of the city. Well serviced and maintained rooms with excellent of drinks and food available. Excellent experience.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is a glorious starting place for exploring the city state. Right in the heart of China Town, it is accessible to various historic sites no less than Talok Ayer. The staff at Sofitel are brilliant, approachable and made our stay that much extra special. Special commendation to the reception staff, the lounge staff who were super helpful and of course the staff at the wonderful Racines restaurant.
