Helpful staff, clean amenities, huge bath and tub.

Aircon was not functioning well, But they have free reading selections and sleeping masks and pillows were super soft too

What an enjoyable stay, situated in China Town above the Tanjong Pagar MRT train station, you've got access to all parts of the city. Well serviced and maintained rooms with excellent of drinks and food available. Excellent experience.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is a glorious starting place for exploring the city state. Right in the heart of China Town, it is accessible to various historic sites no less than Talok Ayer. The staff at Sofitel are brilliant, approachable and made our stay that much extra special. Special commendation to the reception staff, the lounge staff who were super helpful and of course the staff at the wonderful Racines restaurant.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Great aircon

Enjoyed the great location, access to restaurants just downstairs if you didn’t feel like going out. As well loved the pool and easy access to MRT! Room was very spacious clean and comfortable. However, for a luxury hotel I was surprised that some towels had holes in them and bathtub finish was worn. Staff, front desk and housekeeping were all very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Location, amazing staff, beautiful room.

Id expect my room to be cleaned for 4 days when i paid usd1300. We requested to have the bathroom cleaned everyday and towels replaced. We had to ask for the towels and bathrobe since they were not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned everyday. Good location. Sgd15 to either sentosa or mbs via grab. Walking distance to China town. MRT connected to the building. Nice lobby to have drinks. They need to change the clan t tree room every other day policy.
