Me hospedé en este hotel y fue una experiencia memorable. Lo primero que sorprende es su impresionante diseño tipo castillo, que le da un ambiente único y difícil de olvidar. Pero más allá de la estética, lo que realmente destacó fue la atención al cliente — el personal fue sumamente amable, atento y profesional en todo momento. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, se aseguraron de que la estadía fuera perfecta. Sin ningún inconveniente durante mi visita. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. The grounds were perfectly groomed and maintained with spectacular views of the volcano. Our favorite was ordering food and then eating in the garden.we stayed in one of the towers. The room was small but had everything we needed. Food was fresh and delicious! Great cocktails and they even had an IPA available. 10/10 would return and recommend to anyone staying in the area.
