马克西姆酒店 (Hotel Maximus)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Really great place to stay on Rome. Very close to all the good places that you want to visit.

The staff at Hotel Maximus were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. They were by far the highlight of our experience. The room was surprisingly spacious for Rome, which we appreciated. However, it was not as clean as we expected. The biggest drawback was the location. Although it is relatively close to the main train station, it is far from most of Rome’s main attractions. The neighborhood is not very tourist-oriented, and we didn’t feel particularly comfortable walking around at night. One evening, there was no hot water for showers, which was very disappointing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, we found our stay disappointing, even for a three-star hotel. While the staff were excellent, the location, cleanliness, and hot water issue significantly affected our experience.

We like the hotel and the location

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 for our 2-day stay in Rome. The hotel is very centrally located - next to a major subway line and even a 20-25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were SO kind, helpful and friendly. Anna was exceptionally welcoming and gave us great advice for where to eat in the area. She also reserved a taxi to the airport for us and prepared a breakfast for us all since we left early before the buffet breakfast opened. That was a nice touch. I highly recommend Hotel Maximus!

The super helpful ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing!!

This was a perfectly located hotel with the exact amenities and features for me and my family. The staff was extremely helpful an knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff, nice room, great shower.

Very clean room, staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent

Extremely helpful, extremely friendly staff. Good, generous breakfast. In short, all excellent.

Perfect location close to both main rail station and metro. Staff very friendly and helpful giving useful advice on what to see and do in the city. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome
