Location perfect. Staff nice.small rooms,good only for solo traveler

Staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful we would definitely stay again.

The highlight is the super friendly staff!! The room size was reasonable (a bit on the older side) and breakfast selection is limited compared to some of the nearby places, but I think overall is appropriate for the price. Location is prime! Super close to other good spots in the old quarter.

The location is excellent, by far the best thing about this place. The bathroom was nicely renovated and clean (aside from a used bar of soap in the shower). Additionally, the mattress was clean and not stained after removing the sheets to check. Otherwise, we feel like we were catfished. The room was small, with no space to move with the big bed taking up all the space. The main problem was the cleanliness of the walls. They were really dirty, with scuff marks, dirt, water stains, and even a yellow booger smeared on the wall. I contacted Orbitz as soon as we saw the state of the room to no avail. I also completed the check-in survey that was emailed that evening. I knew that I wouldn’t be comfortable staying there so I lost out on the money for the room as we had to go and book another room somewhere else. Then 3 days later, the manager continuously sent me WhatsApp messages asking why I left a bad review and why didn’t I ask for a better room. Even though upon checkin we were told it was the last room. Please think twice before booking this hotel. If you must stay here, do not stay in 305.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, several options and delicious. Room was quiet even being in a busy area. Tons of bars and restaurants all around it and a short walk to the lake. Excellent stay.

Very average hotel. Great location, close to Da Nang beach. Value for money but dated decor.

Excellent location in Old Quarter. Walking distance to all the action. The room was tidy and the cleaning staff was friendly and tried their best with what they had to work with. The building needs some work and there is a bit of clutter. The elevator is slow and doesn’t reach the top floor where the breakfast is. Internet was very slow and disconnected frequently. I think the price was good and the staff were very nice. Thank you for the great stay in Hanoi.

Great breakfast

The reviews led me to believe this place was nicer than it really was. Toilet is inside shower and really inconvenient. Bed is hard and small, not a King as advertised. City view wasn’t a view of the city. Nicer hotels can be found in Hanoi for the same money, won’t be back.
