Close to everything, it was a excellent stay

Hotel was hard to find and pictures do not truly represent hotel. Hot water for shower was not steady, The thermostat didn’t work and we couldn’t turn temperature during the cold spell we were there. Staff were helpful.

Great front desk staff. Very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Staff was great. Also this hotel is located in the best area. The location of this hotel is prime !!! Highly recommend 100/10

my first day stay at room603 is a terrible place,it’s not suitable for stay , TV and phone not work, window can’t lock ,toilet door can’t close,shower door have a inch big gaps ,water flow out when take shower , furniture are old and broken,we try to change another room, staff tell us all rooms are full . change room will be next day afternoon. At last ,staffs are nice, Hotel too old , not recommended this

The staff was very nice and helpfull. If I’m going back to Hanoï, I will go back to this hotel.
