The staff was amazing!! Mas (the concierge) was super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. For being a little hut in the middle of the forrest the room was okay. Just be reminded you are in nature and may need a few bugs and maybe even a lizard or two.

We loved our stay at fairy mountain, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location with mountain views all around, clean and comfy rooms and a nice pool where we enjoyed watching the mountain goats navigate the cliffs. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peacefull retreat, the staff was on pointe, the food was excellente the view of the mountain was incredible, the room we add was one of a kind i give it a 10/10 would definitly go back

Loved staying in the huts, the whole place is very pretty with the ponds, mountains and fairy lights. Breakfast was good with multiple options, staff were lovely and helpful, cheap bike rental. Location is a bit further out so did have to use grab & scooter to get around. Offered day tours which we didn’t do

We stayed in the “presidential suite” or the cave suite which was somewhat cool. A few foul smells as you enter and exit the room possibly from sewage. The pool looks beautiful from afar but is rather dirty on the bottom with brown slippery algae. The grounds are quite pretty especially at night and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was just okay….stick to the omelette

Stayed for 1 night. Excellent advance communication to me about check in. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Very peaceful setting. WiFi not very good. Lovely breakfast and nice hosts. Would stay again, but it is isolated.

We didn't use the laundry service. Our room 2 clean and cozy. The pool was closed for cleaning on the day we arrived.
