Would 100% stay here again, perfect location, clean rooms and easy check in.

Lovely townhouse in a perfect location! We will return here.

Overall, this place is an OK stay. The room is nice. We had the English basement so we had a window with a partial sidewalk view. The room is small. Hot water is intermittent. This end of town is a bit far from most of the popular areas. All in all is was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here on another visit.

La chambre était très petite. On ne pouvait pas circuler les deux en même temps. Il n’y avait pas vraiment de place pour les bagages.

Room was beautifully decorated. It is small but perfect for sleeping and resting after a long day. The shower was great and the shampoo and body wash smelled amazing!

We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely would stay again! Absolutely the perfect location, but the only bad thing was there was no fridge in room and ice maker is really small for amount of guest rooms. We stayed in the Grosvenor room and Absolutely loved it but did have one night where kids decided to hang out in front of our window and were very loud. Would highly recommend!!!!

Place was very clean, updated with high quality linen, towels, complimentary coffee/ tea and other finishes. Great location in a nice neighbourhood and easy to get to main attractions in the city. My main reservation is the very tight space the room itself (Walker) and the washroom. This was small even for European standards and I expected a bit more space for the price point.

I was on the 1st floor (one flight up). My room was large, lovely, and clean. Staff cleans and stocks rooms daily. The location was central but quiet. The stairs are plenty, so if mobility issues beware.

Excellent location, beautifully decorated room, and very clean with nice touches and amenities. However, email communication was not great. No mini-fridge in the room. No common area.

The was lovely room - clean, comfortable bed. The only slight drawback was the lack of space to set anything. A shelf or bedside table would have helped.
