This hotel was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms and lobby area was laid out very nice. The environment gave a cozy cabin vibe. I will definitely be back in the near future!!!

incredible weekend stay, already can’t wait to come back.

Everything was good. The only thing it was expensive for one night and stayed at the hotel during the weekend. We wanted to swim inside the pool but they were closed after 7 pm. Also, you need to reserve to have dinner before you go downstairs main lobby to eat. Everything else was good.

Very well equipped, clean, friendly staff

The hotel is brand new, and the room was beautiful with a very stylish interior. We especially loved that there was no carpet on the floor, which made the room feel cleaner and more modern. In our opinion, this hotel is much more suited as a winter destination, because the half-outdoor pool area has only about 10 lounge chairs, which is not enough to accommodate guests. There are some additional random chairs available, but they are not ideal for relaxing or sunbathing. The main reason for our low rating was the issue with the “Do Not Disturb” sign. We placed the sign outside our door, but it was completely ignored, and staff entered our room to clean it, the explanation we received was that, during check-in, we had signed a document allowing staff to enter the room at any time without notice. However, this raises the question: what is the purpose of the “Do Not Disturb” sign if it can simply be ignored? We were later told that staff had entered to collect hotel items such as pool towels, which was a very unusual explanation. We travel frequently around the world and have stayed at many hotels, but this was a disappointing experience. While the staff did acknowledge our disappointment, they continued to insist that the signed document gave them permission to enter the room. Overall, the hotel has great potential due to its beautiful design and new facilities.

Perfect place for pure relaxation.

Five stars go to..... THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! The advertised photos make the pool, backyard and the restaurant look huge - they are not... If You are not an early riser, there will be no pool side lounge chairs or towels waiting for You to use. Pool temperature boasts 90 degree temperature all year round, which is great for an outdoor part of the pool in winter, not when there is sweltering heat outside, like this July 4th weekend... Cooler pool wil allow EVERYBODY to get in, cool off, get out, instead of keeping the pool overcrowded most of the time. Standard king Room was fine, best part - bed, mattress and linens. Restaurant food was good quality and presentation, but way overpriced for the area - $80+ breakfast for two, $30 for two 12 oz cans of local beer by the pool... Staff is trying their best to prevent little problems from becoming major aggravations. There is work to be done, common sense to be used for this place to reach the stars they are looking up to. We wish Swiftwater all the best!!!
