Second time here but somewhat disappointed. Felt prices were much higher than before so next time I will try another hotel as Colombo has so many nice hotels on offer. Staff are very nice, rooms were clean but the hatch in ceiling fell down exposing a big hole. Had that fallen on husbands head (as he is tall enough ) it would have hurt him badly.

超赞 I've had an excellent experience during my stay at the Sheraton Colombo Hotel. The room, facilities, dining, and service have been impeccable. The staff are consummate professionals, especially housekeeping, most notably, Udayangani, who has provided the best possible quality service one could expect. Many thanks to the hotel and staff for their enormous hospitality! I am very grateful and highly recommend the Sheraton Colombo Hotel for anyone considering Colombo for business or pleasure.

We spent 7 nights at Sheraton Colombo and had a great and wonderful time. This 5 stars is a new building with modern facilities . We booked half board and the food were delicious with great choices. Hotel staff were professional and courteous all the time and bend over backwards to ensure all our needs were met. Special mentioned to Yohan @ Colombo Kitchen. One Galle Face Mall is a short tuk-tuk drive or a pleasant walk in the evening. There is a supermarket & bank next to hotel. Gym is well equipped with 24 hrs access , the sauna and steam room were of health benefits and we enjoyed it daily.
