Came here for one night and would return. Welcoming front desk staff, convenient location, great breakfast and, comfortable beds

Gem of a place to stay staff are excellent and very helpful with navigating London.

Loved this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room and great bar/food. If I go back to London I will stay here again.

The Mad Hatter was great. Fabulous location a block from Thames. Short walk to Tate Modern and Shakespeare Theatre. Breakfast was exceptional and staff very accommodating. I would stay there again.

Great location Wish we had specified a room away from the road as it was very noisy and stuffy although we appreciate its an older hotel with character There was a fan in the room that helped. Staff were very friendly. Shout out to Mark who was so easy to chat with and took our cases up to the room without being asked. Room was clean, staff all nice, breakfast was nicely served and good selection at the bar. We had no complaints apart from the noise which is hardly anyone's fault. It is London. Would stay again. Staff was amazing and had a wonderful time. Love the Pub connected to the property.

Hi stay was excellent apart from Saturday evening came back to bar at 10. 30 for a night cap but told till was closed asked if we could put it on our room no , bit disappointed as told bar open until 11 o’clock
