I was skeptical of a big chain in Hoedspruit - we usually stay in small inns, but we had an unexpected stay here when my mother in law had an emergency stay at the hospital, arriving late at night.
On arrival and throughout our stay the staff went ABOVE and beyond for us. Giving my in laws an upgraded main floor room so they didn’t have to go upstairs. And being very patient when we were working with Hotels.com trying to add an extra day on to our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful - lots of trees, fantastic pools, well appointed comfortable rooms, good restaurants and fantastic breakfast.
We will definitely keep this hotel in our mix of places to stay when visiting Hoedspruit!

This is a great hotel, great food and great facilities. Really helpful staff, even for organising day trips with tour operators. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in the hotel, its a new hotel, clean and good facilities, loved the Spa and communal pool areas. Beautiful views across the mountains. Room was very comfortable with a lovely spacious en suite. Staff were always very helpful.

There was a slight lack of attention to detail. There was some rubbish in the corridor and it was still there 3 days later. When I got a table in the restaurant I was put on a table with no serviettes or cutlery. In the end I had to take the ones from a nearby table. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were very reminiscent of an all inclusive resort. Also its location is a bit too far away from the town to be able to walk to the local restaurants

Had a last minute stay here when my mother in law needed emergency care at the hospital. It’s really the only option when you need to check in last minute and after 10 pm.
I can’t say enough about how lovely,
accomodating and patient the front desk staff were. The grounds are
Lovely, beds super comfy and pools very refreshing.
We usually stay in smaller bush b and b’s in Hoedspruit. But if you’re looking for a more luxurious resort style break this place is top notch.
