Rooms and bathrooms smell like a fish market. Expedia messed up our prepaid rooms so we had to pay at the desk and now have to dispute the charges with expedia. Totally unacceptable. Even showing expedia confirmation and Amex debit the hotel nanager still debited my amex card again. How can you be satisfied paying double for such a poor room conditions???

We needed an ADA-accessible room with a bath bench. Although the hotel had run out of bath benches, the staff went above and beyond to locate and purchase one for our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also perfect for us, as we were attending an event at the Hawaii Convention Center. We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the exceptional customer service.

Destination fee of $50, and credit of $25 to food and beverages, or other souvenir does not make any sense. Staff were very helpful, Sera restaurant was very good.

Hotel is modern, beautiful and clean. From the bellman, front desk, housekeeping staff, they were all welcoming and professional. The ocean view from our room was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. We reserved a room which had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer which was so convenient for our stay. Restaurant Sera’s food was delicious and the staff attentive. It’s also nice that there is a Paris Baguette on site. Overall a great Five Star experience. We will be back next time we are on Oahu.

No complaints, all services were excellent

The property is located close to downtown and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Walmart and Sam’s Club, target all located within a 3-5 min walk. The valet parking was frustrating as it is inconvenient to keep asking for your vehicle. Adds 10-15 minutes to your in/out time. I would rather pay the high fee for self parking. If you cannot self park the resort fee should cover the cost of your valet parking. The facilities were nice. The maintenance and cleaning staff were great. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wow. This place is pure MAGIC, had an incredible vacation!!!From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave its a first class experience . Service excellent, everyone is friendly, helpful, and every detail is perfect. The rooms are phenomenal, everything you want is there..

Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff.
