What a labyrinth of a hole. Pretty much this place is part of a gaming tavern and shopping complex. No clear place to check in, no operating lifts just a bogan place to stay if you won the pokies.

Clean quiet room. Lovely dining option and takeaways nearby

Room was clean and well presented.

Rooms were lovely. Staff were helpful. Convenient with pub and shops underneath. Parking was 2.3m which was plenty for my 4x4. Overall good stay. Will happily stay again.

Lovely clean spotless room. Staff friendly, free easy parking. Sadly we didn’t get the twin beds we asked for but other than that, all fine.

Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was even broken glass on the floor. And could not access the balcony as door was locked and did not have key. It was unfortunate that there is no onsite desk or number to call. Though the room was nice and modern The hotel attached is excellent and the location is perfect.

Room is modern and spacious with good a/c. Undercover Parking is available for each room. Bed was okay but a bit hard on the back. Terrible service though. Room was poorly made up after the first night and no extra ammenities were left to cover Christmas day, when they were closed. We were left with no toilet paper, tissues, coffee, milk, body wash etc all the things you would expect in a basic hotel room.

Clean comfortable and everything you need - I wish they had room service

We were very impressed with our luxurious clean suite that awaited us on arrival. Perfect generous size room for an overnight stay located in close proximity to an event we attended. Check in and checkout was very easy. Thank You ☺️
