超赞 We stay at the AC Hotel twice a year for my wife’s appointments at Mayo, and it’s become our go‑to place. The staff is always extremely friendly, and the rooms are consistently comfortable with great bedsheets.
I want to give a special thank‑you to the Manager. A month ago, I had a reservation but ended up hospitalized the same day. They were kind enough to refund my money, and I truly appreciated that level of care.
The gym is adequate, but the hydration stations definitely need better monitoring — they were extremely dirty during this stay. Also, a small note: the toilet seat closes very loudly, which made me feel bad for anyone staying below us.
Outside of those minor issues, this is still a five‑star stay for us every time.

超赞 Check in was easy. Room was beautiful. On a day over 100 degrees totally appreciated the AC already at 70. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the town center area

Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites.
