Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 35 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-in. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/Maldivian Air Taxi for flights arriving from 6 AM-3:30 PM and flights departing the Maldives from 9 AM-8 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. The property is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to the seaplane company. All transfers are subject to tides, weather conditions, and Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) terms and conditions. Seaplane charges are non-refundable. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
