Lovely views of the city, high end modern room and hotel, did not disappoint

Great hotel!

Reception staff check in service could be improved especially around check in times.

Great hotel and one I’d stay in again. Has pool, steam room and sauna and we used a couple of the bars. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and modern.

Nice room great view, would definitely go back.

Lots of positives about the hotel having stayed numerous times now. Location, view, amenities. But each time I’ve stayed the check in is painful, staff on the reception desk rude, lack any common sense to try and solve a problem. Some staff are fantastic though it’s purely the check in team that really bring the experience down.

Just a super hotel!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay and would not return. From the moment we arrived, there was no assistance offered with our luggage, which is something I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The rooms were also far from soundproof – we could hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, making it difficult to relax. We were never informed at check-in that a deposit was required to use the minibar, which was frustrating and should have been explained in advance. The spa was another letdown. Instead of being a peaceful environment, staff and management were talking loudly while guests were trying to relax, completely ruining the atmosphere. Overall, this hotel did not look or feel like a 5-star hotel, especially for London. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were well below expectations. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing stay, and I would not choose to stay here again.
