Our stay was for one while in transit to Niue. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Very modern sleek interior design. Will stay again if we need an airport hotel. Would highly recommend.

An excellent place to stay with an early morning flight only a couple of minutes away. Excellent restaurant as well.

Best hotel I’ve seen for awhile very good and new , great room and nice staff.

Only stayed here the one night, after flying in from Shanghai and then leaving the following morning for a Campervan. Location could hardly be better, probably less than a 5 minute walk from the international terminal, and useful for us, around a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus pick up point. We used the self check in option, which was easy to do, then showered and crashed out in the room (jet lag!). Shower clean, warm and powerful enough. Bed was comfy, curtains blacked out the room and kept it at a good temperature. Overall, a very positive experience

Shower had absolutely no water pressure. Shower was rubbish. Sort it out Pullman

I was happy that I could not hear the planes. But hearing other rooms doors opening and closing throughout the night was very under-rated. Other than that, it's a very nice Hotel.
