Great location and cool rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite and a room for 2 families. We reserved the pool and spa area just for our party and had a great time. Everything was very nice only one thing the servers at the rooftop take forever no exaggeration:) I would stay again at this property you are 1/2 a block from all the action. Concierge made good suggestion for restaurants and valet were fantastic!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Milan

This place is very clean and nice had a great time

The design of this hotel is very strange as it was an insurance company before. Elevators are slow and the hotel is right on top of both the tram and the subway. The first two floors are very noisy as you hear the tram or subway nonstop. Also, they closed every restaurant for private events while I was there so it was room service or go out. Lastly, their cancellation policies are awful - the actual staff on the ground floor, especially bellman and staff on the ground are excellent

Fabulous Palazzo, with a superior staff at the helm. The garden bar located on the ground level was quite possibly the best place to get a beverage in all of Milan. We are looking forward to our return. Well on your way to three Michelin keys. Bravo on your exceptional service.

Excellent location - amazing staff, every detail is carefully tailored to their guests having a wonderful time. Rooms are beautiful, welcome amenities, staff is friendly and serviceable.
