When you’re in the property, it’s really nice. Once you step out, the beach is beautiful but really crowded. If you want fewer people and more privacy, go to Station 1. If you like the crowd and easy access to restaurants, this is the perfect spot to stay.

Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa has a great location with easy beach access, which was one of the best parts of the stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their service throughout my visit. However, for the amount I paid and considering that the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited, and some of the food was bland. The room service menu was also very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at, and I was surprised that basic vacation drinks like a mojito or margarita were not available for in-room dining. There were also some issues with the room and facilities. Our shower drain had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The bed was extremely firm and ended up hurting our backs. The gym was also very small and located near the lobby/check-in area, which was surprising considering how large the hotel is. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the hotel has a long way to go before it truly feels like a 5-star resort. For around $1,000, I expected a much better experience.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was impressively clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A great choice for anyone looking for reliable service and high standards of cleanliness

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was excellent—just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the nightly music, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere each evening. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Big room, very clean, Breakfast/Dinner buffet was excellent, staff was awesome, totally exceeds expectations!!!

Room was ok. King size bed was ok. Shower drain was clogged. Poor airflow, woke up stuffy. Staff receptionist was a little rude for the dinner buffet. Every other staff member was excellent.
