米拉酒店安塔利亚 (Mira Hotel Antalya)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The Mira Hotel is in a prime location, with easy access to the beach, excellent restaurants, and great walking routes. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided and the bed made each day. There were, however, a few issues with the room. The kettle was heavily affected by limescale and was not usable. The wardrobe was also quite small and awkwardly positioned beside the bed, making it difficult to access. We had to move the bedside table away from the bed in order to open and use the wardrobe properly. The biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was empty throughout our stay. When we asked the manager about it, we were told it would be filled the following week because it was "too cold." However, temperatures during our stay (16th–23rd May) were in the mid to high 20s°C, while the following week's forecast was for thunderstorms and lightning. If the pool and pool bar had been open, I believe it would have greatly enhanced the guest experience and attracted more customers to the hotel. Breakfast consisted of a limited continental selection. Tea & coffee were available, but there was no fruit juice offered. There was not much left and not restocked after 30 minutes of breakfast starting. The hotel benefits from a fantastic location and excellent staff, but several facilities and room maintenance issues prevented it from living up to its full potential.

Lovely modern room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is lovely and fresh and very typically Turkish. We liked they had bruschetta some mornings and lovely chocolate cake too. Selection of cheese, meats , veg and cereals. Lovely family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and room freshened regularly or on request. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean! Staff were helpful. The only issue was that the pool that was advertised was not available after asking staff they said we open it in May. We went in April.

Pool view ,room very clean, staff great family friendly

Nice

It seems they change bed sheets and towels every three days. Ours wasn’t changed at all while we were there.

Good comfort for people

Personalb

The hotel was lovely, small and friendly. Breakfast was fresh each day and although not advertised, you could ask for omelette and toast to be made, in fact I’m sure they would do their very best to accommodate you. The selection was varied, I am vegetarian and there was always something I could have. The manager was lovely and the cleaning staff although they didn’t speak English, communicated through a translator (with much laughter). There was a small pool and some sun loungers and umbrellas for use or it’s a short walk to the beach. There is a Migros store very close by for anything you’ve forgotten. The communal areas were clean and tidy and always staffed. The only downside I had was my bed was very hard but I assume they were all the same. I did ask for another sheet but the translation meant my bed got made instead. It’s a quiet hotel so if you’re looking for evening entertainment then this isn’t the place.

Love the location; walkable distance to the beach and taxi service available in 2 minutes property and rooms new and clean Staff was really nice and super friendly
