Exquisitely decorated room in a perfect location in Bourdeax. The staff were kind and attentive, the shower pressure was great, the bed was very comfortable and the rooftop breakfast was stunning. A memorable stay with easy access to transit and sites.

The hotel was lovely, very close to the river and a tram stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, room was not available, sat in the rooftop bar and enjoyed the view. I took one star away as the shower would not work properly. There was no way to regulate the water, it was either hot or scalding, the button on the control was jammed in. Hope it is fixed for the next guests. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a suite which was excellent....the only issue was the extreme heat during our stay and the management did all they could to compensate us with extra fans...not much could be done with the current 35-40degree heat ..most countries are not equipped to manage it!
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was more than adequate and staff friendly and helpful...
The hotel was well situated with a 10/15 min walk to the old town...if you didn't want to walk the tram stopped virtually outside the hotel

The hotel was in a perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere with ease. We really enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the a/c was a perfect temperature.

Thermostat stopped working and fan was brought to the room they offered room replacement but it was late evening so we decided to stay naked with fan

The location was close to restaurants and bars, and a walkable neighborhood. The staff was terrific dealing with our shifting plans. The room had a functioning AC, which was a big deal during this heatwave. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet. A nice breakfast buffet, too.
Although the interior of the hotel was old, it had been updated with contemporary color and furnishings.
Would stay here again.
