It’s a beautifully kept place, well located with lovely architecture and design and great onsite amenities like a restaurant and spa. The staff are excellent- friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough.

The property has terrific staff but is a bit out of the way and very limited facilities. The rooms feel a bit strange with the shower and toilet in the rear of the property, which is not entirely enclosed. The bath tub was not clean. Overall the hotel has the potential to be a lovely retreat but falls a bit short in some key ways. Airport taxi return booked through the hotel did not turn up but the staff were excellent and made very quick alternative arrangements.

Our time at Shintana Saya was perfect. From airport pick-up to checkout. Staff couldn't be any nicer and more helpful. They are fantastic. All of the amenities are great as well.

The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. It was ideal for five days of visiting the temples, providing both comfort and escape from the heat. Congratulations to all hotel staff.

Spacious room, nice pool, very helpful and friendly staff. The massages were excellent and made for a very nice end to a busy day sightseeing too.

This hotel has everything you need when visiting Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. The warm airport pick up with fresh cold towels, water and a delicious cold coconut make the 45 minute trip to the hotel so relaxing. The incredible warm welcome from reception to all the comforts of the stay make this fresh new hotel a NOT TO BE MISSED place to stay in Cambodia. Tuk tuk to take you everywhere in the city. For longer journeys a car is advised. Room is so roomy and comfortable. Great Maldives style bathroom. The massages and spa services are second to none and the fresh smell of their clean daily return laundry service is so unique.

This place is a gem! Unassuming from the street, as soon as you walk in, you’re in an oasis of character, charm and hospitality. Don’t miss the complementary massages daily or the delicious breakfast. The double infinity pool is a stunning centerpiece. The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a balcony over the pool with comfy seating. A highlight is the warm, sincere and amazing service at every level

Everything is perfectly arranged. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are superb, very attentive and helpful. The service is five star.
