For anyone looking to truly discover Old Bangkok, Pranakorn Heritage Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. The morning breakfast is highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience a genuine, delicious taste of authentic Thai dishes. Above all, a big thank you goes to the front of the house and the entire staff. They are simply amazing and incredibly helpful, providing top-tier hospitality. For a peaceful, charming, and culturally rich base in Bangkok, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The a joining restaurant did really nice food, definitely recommend. Pool was nice but not a lot of beds for the size of the hotel. 8 beds, with 6 being within the pool where you would have to take your shoes off to get to. The nightly movie nights were such a bonus too! And there was a 7/11 walking distance for any essentials

Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel smells amazing! Room was clean and quiet. There is a lovely garden area near the pool. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the location. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This was our second stay and it was just as good. Lovely staff and a nice pool to cool off in when it is hot and humid. A peaceful oasis in a busy and bustling city. Staff very kind and helpful. They had a bracelet making activity which my children loved and they had a nice souvenir to take home. Really recommend this hotel. 7-11 nearby and short taxi or ferry journey to attractions.

Great hotel

We had a pretty good stay at this hotel. It is nicely designed, modern and clean. I enjoyed the historical pictures of the hotel hung in the dining area. Some of the facilities were a bit small, like the gym. Pool was decent sized but always crowded. Breakfast was decent, but after the 3rd day we were a bit bored with the same options. Our room was spacious, clean, good working TV and a/c. The hotel is a bit out of the way/inconvenient to get to. Always lots of traffic, so I would advise you to do your research for location and where you want to be close to. Staff is super friendly and kind. However, there was a bit of miscommunication on luggage storage when we checked out.

Excellent room and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good in variety and quality. The pool looked excellent. Only disappointing thing was staying here for 1 night not 3 due to cancelled flights. I would return to this hotel if I am in Bangkok.

Clean everywhere, great staff ‘Yaya’ on reception was really helpful with taxi bookings. Nice pool
