Room was kept spotless by staff and was very comfortable. Great location at top of Riverside.

Overall a good stay, friendly staff, clean room, great location. Only downfall would be no pool but already knew that when booking room

a very clean room with great helpful staff when needed assistance regard the room or facilities. The only bad point is the slow lift as it alway goes to top level, sometime have to give up waiting and takes the emergency stairs, luckily i was given a room at lower level just a 1-2 minute walk down 😁

The room small and live cockroach.

​The room was small and contained a major issue: I found one large cockroach, which was deeply unsettling. The manager's conduct was completely unacceptable, displaying both ignorance and unprofessionalism. Specifically, they unfairly insisted I pay a $100 charge for a door knob that was already broken. I have never been so upset by staff that I felt I had to leave immediately. The poor conditions and hostile management made me feele to check out and find a different hotel late at night.

Clean room, fantastic views (including beautiful sunrise) and excellent location.

The staff all went above and beyond. Room was very clean. It was great to be right above a convenience store. Will definitely stay here agsin.
